Attached are forms to be filled out in order to rent out either the Private Room in the Clubhouse or the back deck of
the Clubhouse. Please note the entire Clubhouse cannot be rented out - only a private room. The rest of the Clubhouse
is always open to Unit Owners.
Before filling out the forms, contact Terri at Koval at 201-488-7877 or cell: 201-755-2217 to reserve the time and date
of your event.
Currently Unit Owners can reserve the back deck. The Clubhouse cannot be rented out until T&C moves from there
and the Association installs a security system in the Clubhouse.
